Eggless Bread Pudding In Mug

I have rarely seen people saying no to bread pudding, especially in my place, kids love bread pudding with or without eggs. Obviously if my bread basket have stale breads, i'll look for an opportunity to make bread pudding, this time i had some leftover baguette slices at home. Instead of baking bread pudding, i just tried out making an eggless bread pudding with an easy breezy preparation. Trust me this eggless bread pudding cooked in microwave oven makes a quick dessert to relish after a heavy meal. Just few bread chunks, a tablespoon of custard powder, milk and sugar, vanilla essence is quite enough to dish out this ultimate pudding with chocolate chips.

3 minutes Eggless bread pudding in mug

Enjoy this 3 minutes eggless bread pudding along with a scoop of icecream or simply with some fruit salad definitely makes a prefect light dessert or else a healthy filling breakfast. Since this pudding is completely egg free, anyone can enjoy this mug of eggless bread pudding without any fuss. With less efforts and less ingredients, your mug of bread pudding gets ready in a jiffy. Trust me, my kids just enjoyed this incredible bread pudding with their favourite chocolate icecream. As always, i couldnt resist to add some chocolate chips to this pudding. This pudding is going to be a part of this week's blogging marathon as am running under Dorm/Single serve recipes as theme.

I've thrown away baguette that has hardened so many times. Wish I'd known that it could be turned into pudding. Will try this next time I have it on hand.
