Sprouted Lentils Egg Curry

Lentils are a type of legume and are often referred to as masoor. There are various colored lentils, including yellow, green, black and brown as well as reddish orange.They are extremely popular protein choices, specifically for vegetarians and healthy eaters due to their high protein and fiber content and due to the fact that they are low in fat.Lentils are quick and easy to prepare due to their short cooking time and can be added to a variety of soups. They are widely used throughout the Middle East as well as in the Mediterranean..


1cup Sprouted lentils
1no Onion chopped
1no Tomato chopped
1/2tsp Fennel seed powder
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
1tsp Red chilly powder
1no Egg
5nos Curry leaves
2nos Bay leaves
Salt
Oil

Heat oil in a pan, add the bay leaves n fry until they turn brown..now add the chopped onion, chopped tomato pieces, curry leaves with ginger garlic paste n fennel seed powder, stir them continously until they get well cooked..add the sprouted lentils also with garam masala powder n redchilly powder with enough salt...cook everything well with enough water..close the pan with the lid...


Once the water get evaporated just add the egg, dont disturb the egg for few seconds, close the pan with the lid...just scramble the cooked egg n mix everything well..

Serve them hot as side for any rice dish...
